One powerful solution I use is Evernote, while this cloud based software is different things for everyone, for me it is my filing cabinet, strategy board and general info repository. With all these documents in the digital realm, the paper is nothing more than the remnant of a dead tree. After increasingly being scanned, the paper copy is then immediately shredded since i have now have the document in multiple places. In the event the Evernote servers disappear in to a black hole, no-worries May possibly a local copy of that document. If my house burns down although Ever note servers simultaneously disappear to a black whole, no-worries, I use Carbonite to create a remote backup of my entire computer system. When Evernote, Carbonite and my house all vanish simultaneously, then I have a problem.
